  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as other  loans you have with us, account balance, payment history.
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as your credit history.


As permitted by law or as authorized by you, we may disclose the following information to affiliates and companies that perform administrative services on our behalf consumer reporting agencies and other lenders with whom you have a lending relationship or have applied to for credit.


  • Information we receive on applications or other forms, such as name, address, social security number, assets, income, work history, present employer and job.
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as payment history, account balances, parties to transactions.
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as your credit history.


As permitted by and in accordance with applicable laws and rules of court, we may disclose non-public personal information to comply with a court order, subpoena, or other judicial process in connection with civil, criminal, or regulatory actions, proceedings, or investigations.


We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who have a legitimate business need to have access in order to provide products or services to you. All of our employees are expected to adhere to confidentiality standards in order to protect your personal information. Those employees who violate such confidentiality standards are subject to discipline. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.


When information is disclosed to a third party in connection with the marketing or administration of our financial products, we require them to agree to adhere to customer confidentiality procedures and practices that are at least as strict as those that we have established.


Reasonable care will be taken to keep pertinent records current, complete and accurate. Procedures are in place to correct any errors that are brought to our attention. If you see any inaccuracy in your statements or in any other communication from us.


Information about former customers is kept for the period of time required. During this period of time, this information is not disclosed except as required or permitted by law. The information is destroyed when we are no longer required to keep it pursuant to our records retention policies.


We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at anytime. If we make material changes, we will provide you with a revised copy of this Notice.
